Thirty One Nuke Plants are in the "planning stages" at this time and the list is growing. The costs of construction will fuel our economy as they are astronomical. I'm sure the Engineering News-Record has the facts. What are the real costs? Is it possible that a new group of billionaires will be created? I think so. What else will come from this....I dread these thoughts.
